Responsibilities

We are searching for a board certified or eligible Hematologist Oncologist to join Quincy Medical Group on a 1-year shareholder track.

Join Our Growing Team

• Join 4 Hematologist/Oncologist, 1 Radiation Oncologist, 2 CNPs, and 170 additional specialists and referring physicians
• Care Team of Nurses, Care Navigators, Social Workers, Clinical Research Coordinators and support staff to provide support and resources
• Primarily Oncology practice with small amount of Hematology
• Oncologists perform outreach
• 4.5 day workweek
  • Spend 2.5-3 days in Quincy and 1.5-2 days in outreach
• NPs round in hospital, on-call Oncologist available as needed
• Call 1:5; full week call
• Epic EHR
• Collegial and supportive group of physicians providing patient-centered and evidence-based care

We Offer

• High earning potential with no cap
• 1 year shareholder track and ASC ownership, no buy-in or downside
• Eligible for production bonuses, sign-on, relocation, and loan forgiveness
• 401k with match (100% vested day one) plus profit sharing
• $2,500 CME allowance plus paid license and certification renewals
• Up to 6 weeks paid time off and 6 paid holidays
• The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $500,000-$600,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $600,000 - $1,000,000+.
