M3C is seeking a Lead Project Manager (ID646) specialized in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) for a 2-year contract. The role is primarily remote, with occasional international travel required. The candidate must be incorporated in Canada.
The responsibilities are :
- Leading a team working within a matrix environment to develop and deliver project deliverables with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and consistency;
- Providing guidance and overseeing stakeholders at all levels, with a focus on meeting the Key Criteria of Success;
- Developing a comprehensive and structured plan to guide the project's execution;
- Overseeing all project resources while effectively conveying a clear and unified vision of the project objectives to the team;
- Defining the project scope and ensuring clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders;
- Collaborating with stakeholders and the project team to identify streamlined business processes and establish clear business, functional, and non-functional system requirements;
- Proactively address project risks and issues in collaboration with the team and stakeholders ;
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of the project and organizing necessary meetings to track progress, address risks and issues, and oversee changes effectively;
- Scheduling and leading Gate meetings to secure approval for work continuation;
- Establishing and maintaining governance structures to ensure the achievement of project objectives;
- Overseeing the project's budget and ensuring accurate financial tracking throughout its lifecycle.
Requirements
The requirements are :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or other related field or equivalent work experience;
- 10+ years of project management experience with large-scale enterprise systems;
- 5+ years leading global HCM / HRIS implementations; at least 3 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation;
- Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and associated business processes (e.g., Employee Central, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Performance);
- Experience in structured system development and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid);
- Extensive use of MS Excel (advanced Excel analytic capability and a quantitative focus), MS Project Server and SharePoint, MS Office (Word, Power Point);
- Ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work streams, teams, business divisions, geographies and time zones;
- ASSET : Project delivery experience in the mining industry;
- ASSET : PMP, PMI-ACP, MBA or equivalent certification preferred.
- ASSET : Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.
