What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls related to clinical applications such as Epic, Cerner, McKesson, and Meditech
- Track, document, and close or escalate incident tickets in a timely manner
- Drive resolution of incidents on a 24/7 service desk
- Maintain a designated workspace and remain in the phone queue for 8 to 10 hours
- Provide effective communication and support to healthcare customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of service desk or helpdesk experience, or equivalent education and technical troubleshooting experience
- Minimum of 1 year of technical troubleshooting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be shift flexible, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1 year of call center, customer service, or application support experience

- Demonstrated service philosophy in interactions with clinicians and colleagues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
