We are looking for a level 1 Helpdesk Specialist to work on-site at CFB Borden, Ontario, at their Service Management Center.
The Role Requires The Following Qualifications:
Must have at least one (1) year of experience as a help desk or service desk analyst, providing remote (via telephone, remote computer or connection) user desktop IT support for Windows 10 in a large (over 500 users) enterprise.
Must have at least one (1) year of experience using an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool such as Axios Assyst or Magic in a help desk or service desk environment.
Must have at least a two (2) year College diploma* for Computer Systems Technician, Networking, Programmer Analyst or similar program such as Computer Support Technician.
Must be eligible to receive a Secret-Level security clearance.
