Job Description

We are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer with exceptional customer service and technical skills to support and design servers and network infrastructure for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a passion for IT, and pride in their work.

What you will do:
  • Interact daily with clients, providing technical triage
  • Assess the impact and severity of issues and determine solutions
  • Work with the latest security solutions, including EDR, email filtering, web content filtering, encryption, and mobile device management
  • Identify recurring issues and develop permanent solutions
  • Document work thoroughly, including scripts and procedures
  • Configure, install, and maintain desktop hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot network infrastructure and hardware issues
  • Perform onsite visits for troubleshooting or installation
  • Handle service requests via email, phone, or support portal
  • Assist with technology moves, adds, and changes
  • Remote troubleshooting of PC/MAC issues
  • Document solutions and create end-user guidelines
Skills / Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
  • Experience with PSA/RMM tools like Autotask/Datto preferred
  • Ability to set up and install network equipment
  • Accurate daily note and time entry
  • Maintain documentation for procedures and configurations
  • Provide after-hours emergency support as needed
  • Willing to pursue industry certifications such as Microsoft, A+, N+
