Hebrew Academy High School is seeking passionate and knowledgeable Jewish Studies educators—Rebbeim and Morot— and Safa Ivrit, Hebrew Language teachers for both full-time and part-time positions for the next academic year 2025/6. We are looking for warm, dedicated teachers who bring energy and creativity to the classroom. Successful candidates will engage students through a variety of teaching methods and materials, help implement and build upon our existing curriculum, and foster a supportive environment for Torah learning. Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine love of teaching are essential. Previous teaching experience is an asset. Only applicants with Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Resident status, or a valid Canadian work visa allowing work in a school setting will be considered.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hebrew at the level of a native speaker and capable of producing and delivering engaging, student-centered and developmentally appropriate lessons.
The successful candidate will use various methods and materials to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
Responsibilities include planning lessons, learning our current Safa program and providing feedback for future curriculum design, and fostering a supportive atmosphere of language acquisition.
Strong communication skills, a passion for teaching and being a team player are essential for the role. Prior teaching experience is a plus.
