UAP inc. in Red Deer is looking for an in-store Traction team member who will deliver outstanding customer service, advise on vehicle parts and accessories, and help customers place and follow up on orders.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Diploma in parts sales and/or heavy vehicle parts experience (asset).

Responsabilités

• Advise customers, in person and over the phone, on vehicle parts and accessories.
• Place orders and follow-up with customers as needed.
• Provide product expertise and relevant parts recommendations as required.
• Create and maintain customer relationships.

Job Description

In this key role, you will:
