We are currently seeking individuals with a strong mechanical sense to ensure the proper functioning and safety of our clients’ trucks at our new dealership. This role is perfect for those passionate about heavy vehicles and committed to enhancing and developing their technical skills with our experienced team.
Job Responsibilities:
-Inspect truck conditions to identify worn and damaged parts
-Participate in engine assembly and disassembly
-Conduct truck inspections to prevent failures
-Perform preventive maintenance on trucks
-Test truck performance through road tests
-Complete reports regarding repairs performed
-Maintain a clean work station
-Perform any other related tasks as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Who is a good fit for our team:
-Must have a DEP in Heavy Truck Technician or equivalent
-Must have relevant and significant work experience
-Willingness to learn
-Must hold a valid driver’s license
-Ability to use Cummins Insight and perform required diagnostics (asset)
-Welding experience (asset)
-Must be able to provide own tool chest
-Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
