Purpose of the Position

We are looking for a heavy housekeeping attendant to join our maintenance team. Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Maintain and clean the premises
2. Clean entryways and common areas
3. Sweep and clean the floors of corridors, common areas, and workstations
4. Organize or perform all other related maintenance tasks as required and requested by the supervisor
5. Wash windows in common areas
6. Take out the trash
7. Maintain and clean the lobby and corridors
8. Keep the work environment clean
9. Perform cleaning and maintenance duties
10. Perform floor maintenance in common areas
11. All other related tasks
