Brodsky Construction is seeking a heavy haul truck driver. Wage will depend on experience.

Responsibilities

-Safely transporting our heavy equipment one location to another utilizing both a low-bed trailer and scissor-neck trailer
-Following all applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations while hauling
-Perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and complete basic truck maintenance and repair as required
-Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
-Load and unload equipment onto the trailer
-Applying for and maintaining load permits using SGI Permit / Roadata
-Other transportation and hauling duties as required

Qualifications

Required

-Must be driven to excel in your position, and improve every day.
-Possess a valid Class 1A driver's license.
-1 year experience in low-bed hauling.
-Own transportation & valid drivers license.
-Willing to work 50+ hours per week.
-Willing to work weekends and holidays as required.
-Be able to drive for long periods of time.

Preferred

-Possession of current safety tickets (first aid, TDG etc.) will be considered an asset. Please include copies of any certificates with your resume.
-Experience using SGI Permit Office / Roadata to obtain permits
