Job summary

Helical Pile Solutions is looking for a Heavy Haul Driver to join our team. You will need strong safety awareness, clear communication, and sound decision-making to perform duties with appropriate precautions.

The role requires long periods away from home (up to 21 days), overtime, and the ability to adapt to changing shifts and terrain. Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 1 driver’s license.
• Clean drivers abstract with minimum 5 years.
• Minimum 5 years experience in heavy haul.
• Drive safely and in compliance with company regulations.
• Familiarity with E-logs (pre-trip, post-trip).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow safe working procedures.
• Must have low bed truck experience.
• Must have winch truck experience.
• Must have heavy haul experience.
• Load and unload equipment with little supervision on site.
• Maintain a professional attitude; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent observation skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with mountainous terrain and rough ROW access.

Helical Pile Solutions (HPS) is seeking a Heavy Haul Driver to join their team. You must have good safety awareness, good communication & competent decision‑making skills, and a desire to perform requested duties with a focus on safety and appropriate precautions. Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure a high level of safety
• Ensure a daily JHA, attend all safety meetings and daily tailboard meetings
• Perform equipment walk‑around inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems, field repair minor fixes and communicate major issues with mechanics
• Maintain a clean drivers abstract
• Working for upwards of 21 days away from home
• Work overtime daily
• Adaptable to changing shifts and conditions
