Adecco is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our client’s team as Heavy General Labourers in Vaughan, ON or Etobicoke, ON. This is a physically demanding role requiring strength and stamina to support daily operations and ensure workplace efficiency.

Pay rates vary by shift: Days/Afternoons $18.80/hour; Nights $20.05/hour. Shifts include Days, Afternoons, and Nights. This posting is for an existing vacancy, with weekly pay and benefits once qualified.

Adecco is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our client’s team as Heavy General Labourers in Vaughan, ON or Etobicoke, ON. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and a strong work ethic. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing various heavy-duty tasks to support the daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our workplace.

• Pay rate: Days and afternoons $18.80/hand Nights $20.05/h

• Location: Vaughan, ON or Etobicoke, ON

• Shifts: All shifts available

  • Days 7:00am-3:30pm

  • Afternoons 3:00pm-11:00pm

  • Nights 11:00pm-7:00am

Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy lifting and moving of materials, equipment, and products.

• Assist in loading and unloading materials, supplies, and tools.

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery (where required).

• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and obstacles.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

• Support construction, manufacturing, or warehouse operations as needed.

• Follow direction from supervisors and collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery as needed.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• Previous experience in general labour or construction (preferred but not required).

• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (up to 50+ lbs.) and perform strenuous physical work.

• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment.

• Ability to work in various weather conditions (outdoor work may be required).

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
