Manpower in Burlington, Ontario is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the early morning shift. The role involves unloading and sorting freight, scanning items, and coordinating with couriers and sorters to ensure accurate loading.

The position requires physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, CSA-approved steel-toe boots, and reliable, punctual work habits. Weekly pay and potential progression to permanent employment are offered.

• Accurately scan, count the number of stops on a truck and write all premium products while loading.

Our client, a leader in the logistic industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a teamwork and a sense of urgency skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Burlington, ON

AM Shift: 1:30 am - 8:30 am Monday to Friday

Pay rate: $20 per hour

What's the Job?

• Unloading and sorting freight.


• Preloadwhile pulling assigned freight off conveyor belt, Scanning, cubing, reweighting.


• Build positive relationships with teams (couriers, lead hands and sorters).


• Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers and package vehicles.


• Accurately scan, count the number of stops on a truck and write all premium products while loading.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs.


• Should have a Steel Toed Safety boots/shoes which are CSA Approved


• Strong customer focus and communication


• Attention to process, quality, and operational standards.


• Reliable and punctual behavior.
