We are seeking highly motivated Timber Harvest Equipment Operators and Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. As aHeavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to complete construction, excavation or other projects. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a range of equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders and articulated trucks. As anTimber Harvest Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment such as feller bunchers, processors, forwarders or log loaders.

Responsibilities (Heavy Equipment Operator):
– Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers and wheel loaders to excavate, move or load rock, gravel or other materials during construction related activities

– Operate bulldozers or other heavy equipment to clear brush and stumps prior to logging activities and to build roads at logging sites

– Conduct pre-operational check on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment

– Perform minor repairs as necessary
– Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:
– Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders and articulated trucks
– Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
– Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Responsibilities (Timber Harvest Operator):
– Safely and efficiently operate any or all of the following: Feller Buncher, Processor, Forwarder or Log Loader

– Conduct pre-operational check on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment

– Perform routine inspections and minor repairs as necessary
– Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:
– Proven experience operating equipment listed above
– Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
– Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team
– Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
