Clean Harbors is seeking Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technicians in Fort McMurray, Alberta to maintain, inspect, and repair a diverse fleet. The role offers 14/14 or 7/7 rotations with camp accommodations or a cost of living allowance for locals.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification, have 3+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience, and demonstrate a strong safety mindset with hydraulics and vacuum trucks considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic with certification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic.
• Class 5 Driver's License required; commitment to health and safety practices.

Clean Harbors is seeking Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technicians to join their safety-conscious team in Fort McMurray, Alberta. These technicians will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a diverse company fleet. The role offers a choice of 14/14 or 7/7 rotations, with camp accommodations or a cost of living allowance for locals. Ideal candidates are licensed mechanics with a strong safety focus and experience in heavy equipment maintenance.

What You’ll Need

• Licensed/Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification
• 3+ years’ experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician/Mechanic
• Experience with hydraulics and vacuum trucks is an asset
• Ability to use (J Pro) diagnostic software
• Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Commitment to health and safety practices
