A leading heavy equipment company in Aldersyde, Alberta, is seeking a Shop Lead Hand to oversee daily operations in their repair shop. The ideal candidate will have Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician certification and possess leadership skills. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high quality standards. Reporting to the Shop Foreman, the Shop Lead Hand will assist in overseeing daily operations in our heavy equipment repair shop. This role is responsible for supervising technicians, coordinating repairs and maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
