Job Overview

GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Heavy Equipment Operator – Dozer Operator to join our valued client’s team at a plant site in Lloydminster. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual committed to safety, teamwork, and excellence in operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers safely and efficiently in a plant site environment.
• Follow site-specific safety protocols and maintain clean-shaven requirements for respirator use.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Maintain situational awareness and proactively identify potential hazards.
• Perform pre-operational checks and minor maintenance on equipment.

Qualifications

• CSTS 2020 certification.
• H2S Alive.
• Standard First Aid certification.
• Ground Disturbance certification (if operating).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts safely and consistently.
• Strong situational awareness and communication skills.

• Previous experience as a heavy equipment operator in an industrial or plant site setting.

Work Environment
