FLINT is hiring a Dozer Operator for permanent tailings work in Fort McMurray, AB, starting September 11, 2025. This role offers a 7/7 schedule, camp stay, flights from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4000+ hours of experience operating a D6+ is required.
  • 2 years tailings/cell experience is an asset.
  • Open pit mining experience is an asset.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Carrying out groundwork in the tailings area of the mine.
  • Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
