Fournier-Fils is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join a structured site team on a rotating schedule across construction sites in Northwestern Ontario. Under the foreman’s supervision, you will load, transport, and move materials using various heavy machines.

Responsibilities include pre-operation inspections, safe operation of trucks, tractors, and excavators, and coordination with the site crew to follow plans while upholding health and safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• DEP in heavy equipment operation or equivalent experience.
• General explosives permit (an asset)

• Drives and operates various types of equipment, such as: rigid or articulated trucks, tractors, excavators, etc.
• Work in coordination with the construction site team to carry out tasks according to plans, instructions, and applicable health and safety standards.
