Job summary

Flashbee Logistics in Toronto, ON is seeking a Heavy-Duty Truck & Trailer Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Class 8 tractors, trailers, reefers, and APU systems. You will apply strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills to keep the fleet operating reliably.

Qualifications

Experience as a heavy-duty truck and trailer mechanic.
Strong knowledge of reefer and APU systems.
Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues.
Secondary school education preferred.
On-site at Etobicoke shop with ability to manage multiple repairs.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Class 8 tractors, trailers, reefers, and APUs.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and brake systems.
Conduct DOT/MTO safety inspections and emissions checks.
Maintain accurate work orders and parts usage records.
Respond to roadside or emergency repairs to support uptime.
Ensure safety standards and manufacturer specifications are met.
Coordinate with shop supervisor and operations team.
