A leading heavy equipment service company in BC is seeking a Line Boring Technician. The role involves repairing heavy equipment and requires strong welding skills, troubleshooting abilities, and relevant certifications. Company housing and travel expenses are covered.
Base Rate: $62.50/hr.
OT: 4 hours daily paid out at $93.75/hr.
Schedule: 14X14 - 12 hour days
Night Shift Premium: $1.25/hr.
Accommodations: Company housing is provided at no additional cost
Meal Allowance: $60 per day
Flights Paid: Yes, fly into the location from any major airport in Canada
Tools Provided: Yes
Travel Time: Paid to and from the site daily and at each end of your set

Big Country Equipment is a BC-based heavy equipment service and repair company that works with resource-based customers in the construction, forestry, mining, and oil and gas sectors in Western Canada. Formed in 2017, we have rapidly grown from a one-truck operation to over 100 employees and a fleet of over 30 fully tooled service trucks. We provide service to customers throughout Western Canada 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
