A heavy equipment service company is seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic for various BC mine sites. The role offers a competitive base rate of $62.50/hr, with overtime paid at $93.75/hr. Successful candidates must have at least 3 years of experience, a Journeyman certification, and proficiency in English. Company housing and tools are provided, along with a meal allowance and a matching RRSP program. This position ensures a dynamic work environment across multiple mining locations.

Base Rate:$ 62.50/hr.
OT: 4 hours daily paid out at $93.75/hr.
Schedule: 14X14 - 12-hour days
Night Shift Premium: $1.25/hr.
Accommodations: Company housing is provided at no additional cost
Flights Paid: Yes, fly into the location from any major airport in Canada
Tools Provided: Tools will be provided
Travel Time: Paid to and from the site daily and at each end of your set
Meal Allowance: $60 per day
Benefits: Companyfunded and available on your 1st day of work! Plus a matching RRSP Program after 90 days.

Big Country Equipment was formed in 2017.
