This is a job posting for a XXX position. The role involves heavy cleaning work, including cleaning all hard floor surfaces, reaching high areas with ladders or scaffolding, and collecting/removing garbage.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning floors with mops and buffing machines, stripping and finishing floors as needed.
• Transporting and operating garbage equipment.
• Cleaning glass, washrooms, stairwells, and elevator cabs.
• Washing walls, ceilings, and dusting fixtures.
• Using equipment to restore carpets and cleaning broadloom carpets.
• Following safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate instructions.
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and good time management.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and physical capability to perform duties.
