Job summary

British Gas is seeking Heating Installation engineers to join our team of Gas Engineers, ensuring customers get help when needed and keeping homes warm in winter. The role focuses on full installations, upgrades, and related plumbing work with a strong emphasis on customer service.

We require ACS qualifications (CCN1 and CENWAT), at least 3 years of experience with full system installations, and electrical knowledge for wiring on S-plan, Y-plan and combi boilers.

Qualifications

• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1 and CENWAT) or equivalent in plumbing or heating.
• 3 years' qualified experience in full system installations.
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on heating systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade central heating systems for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer experience on every visit.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving heating installation issues.

About your role:

We need Heating Installation engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, to ensure that our customers get the help they need, when they need it. Being there for our customers is our priority.

Base Salary is £45,806 with uncapped OTE through our fantastic field reward scheme.

You will join a team that’s focused on putting smiles on our customers faces and keeping the nations homes warm for winter by installing and upgrading central heating systems. We are looking for engineers with extensive experience in full installations, upgrades, conversions, and other associated plumbing works.
