Qualifications

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Mechanic (Red Seal Certified) to join our team in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while delivering excellent customer service on-site.

Responsibilities
  • Install and service HVAC, ventilation, and air handling systems
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Troubleshoot heating, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
  • Assemble, install, and repair refrigeration / A / C components
  • Perform system startups, leak tests, and recharges
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and calibrations
  • Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with regulations
  • Provide high-quality customer support
Qualifications
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • Red Seal Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (Required)
  • Trade Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
  • Previous experience is an asset (training may be provided)
  • Valid Driver’s License (company vehicle provided)
