As our Administration & HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative functions and human resource activities across our operations. This position is ideal for someone with experience in administrative roles who's looking to expand their impact in HR within a dynamic, outdoor-focused industry.

  • Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily office administration and maintain organized records
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for seasonal and full-time staff
  • Coordinate health & safety documentation and employee compliance training
  • Assist with payroll, timesheets, and benefit coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases (digital and paper)
  • Act as a liaison between management and field staff for HR matters
  • Support seasonal hiring campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years in an administrative or HR support role (landscaping, construction, or service industries a plus)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with employment standards and health & safety regulations
  • Experience with MS Office (Experience with Aspire and Inova HR a definite asset)
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingualism (English / Spanish) is an asset
