Qualifications

  • 3+ years in an administrative or HR support role (landscaping, construction, or service industries a plus).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with employment standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Experience with MS Office (Experience with Aspire and Inova HR a definite asset).
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingualism (English / Spanish) is an asset.

  • Coordinate health & safety documentation and employee compliance training.

  • Act as a liaison between management and field staff for HR matters.
  • Support seasonal hiring campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
