What You Will Do:

• Start-up and operate the Heat Treat Furnace
• Assist in tensile testing
• Collaborate with Nor-Peen operators for material flow
• Assist Crane Operators as needed
• Perform minor machine maintenance
• Conduct quality inspections
• Complete required paperwork
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Adhere to Lean Manufacturing guidelines

Position Details:

• Location: South Edmonton facility
• Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Shift: Rotating between day and afternoon, with potential night shifts
• Overtime and weekend shifts as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Reliable and able to work in hot environments
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Effective communication in English
• Availability for shift work and overtime

Pre-employment Requirements:

• Pre-employment testing (drug & alcohol, vision, hearing, background check, physical assessment)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for at least 8 hours
