Job summary

Jetson is hiring skilled HVAC Installers to replace aging gas equipment with state-of-the-art heat pump systems. You will lead full installs, read blueprints, and ensure homeowner satisfaction as you help accelerate North America's clean energy transition.

We seek professionals with 2–4 years of installation experience, ODP certification, and strong safety and customer service mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years verifiable HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Strong refrigerant handling skills and compliance with codes.
• Experience with heat pumps or mini-splits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform full heat pump system installs from start to finish.
• Recover refrigerants, evacuate systems, and charge with precision.
• Ensure space is clean and ready for the new install.
• Read blueprints/wiring diagrams and troubleshoot confidently.
• Maintain safety and comply with local building codes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and communicate clearly.
