An established industry player is seeking a seasoned sales professional with over 15 years of experience in ASIC and Silicon Engineering Services. This role involves building and leveraging executive relationships with major clients across North America, focusing on solution-oriented sales strategies that address customer pain points. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, managing large accounts, and achieving ambitious sales targets. o Depth of experience selling ASIC, Silicon, IP, EDA, RTL to GDS, Verification & Validation, Physical Design, Test, DFT Engineering Services, Turnkey, Managed Services, IP design / engineering
o Hunt / prospect / call on large customers HQ’d across West w / large design centers across North America
o Executive relationships with SVP / VPs – build new relationships, leverage existing relationships of eInfochips and bring existing understanding in mentioned key accounts.
o Solutioning mindset to address customer pain-points and structure large value / multi-year engagements.
o Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
o Achieve prospecting and other sales process goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
