How You'll Make An Impact

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in our clients' hearing journeys. You’ll collaborate with clients, healthcare teams, and our wider network to deliver exceptional service. Your daily tasks will include:

  1. Conducting comprehensive audiological assessments
  2. Recommending Assistive Listening Devices
  3. Performing hearing instrument evaluations and fittings
  4. Providing ongoing client follow-ups and instrument checks
  5. Cerumen management (if within your scope of practice)
  6. Offering counseling and aural rehabilitation
  7. Conducting diagnostic testing for ENT specialists (if applicable)
  8. Mentoring students and new staff, staying updated with professional credentials and continued education, and engaging with the community through presentations and marketing initiatives
What You'll Bring
  • A Master’s Degree in Audiology or Hearing Instrument Specialist Certification
  • Registration in good standing with the applicable Provincial College or professional association
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
