With 60% of the Canadian population experiencing a hearing health issue in 2021, our teams are dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience throughout their hearing journey, offering relevant and meaningful solutions.

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Audiologist or Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our growing team in Victoria, BC. Our team typically works from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday in-centre.

What It Is All About

As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you will be passionate about our clients' hearing health. Your responsibilities include providing standardized hearing evaluations, maintaining high standards of client care, and following up with clients to meet their needs.

  • Base earnings of $75,000 - $100,000, with eligibility for our variable compensation program, bringing the total package potential to $125,000+

What You Will Do
  • Support clients in their hearing journey through audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
  • Stay informed about new trends in hearing aid technology, fittings, and advancements to provide meaningful recommendations
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care and post-care solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to support walk-in clients and inbound calls
What We Are Looking For
  • A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • A registrant of CASLPO or AHIP in good standing
  • Knowledge of hearing health care products and services, with diagnostic and dispensing experience
  • An excellent communicator who can establish professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
