DEPARTMENT: Housing

JOB SUMMARY: Perform duties associated with the Healthy Homes grant application process, ensuring all Healthy Homes policies and procedures are followed. Complete the Healthy Homes eligibility process for applicants to qualify for this grant program. Compiles business correspondence, greets guests, answers and returns phone calls, and responds to letters and/or questions from applicants, guests, or team members. Maintains an organized and efficient records management system and an updated appointment calendar.

COMPENSATION: $30.23 hr.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Services, Business Administration or related field *Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis.

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE:

  • Four (4) years of experience with confidential information.
  • Four (4) years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Four (4) years of experience creating and maintaining efficient filing systems.
  • Four (4) years of experience working in an office environment.

SKILLS TESTING:

  • Typing- 30 WPM
  • Excel

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES:

  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a grant funded contract position with benefits.
