Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for healthcare roles (primarily RNs, PSWs, Technologists, etc.)
• Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting, interviews, candidate management
• Work closely with BeGlobal’s internal teams and employer partners
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Meet weekly/monthly placement targets

Requirements

• 1+ years of recruitment experience (Healthcare focus in Canada/USA preferred)
• Proven success in permanent placements
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Familiarity with LMIA/PNP processes (an asset)

Compensation

This is a commission-based role. Payment is based on successful permanent placements only. No base salary.
