Job summary

Scotiabank in Canada’s Ontario market seeks a driven Business Development professional focused on healthcare and professional segments. You will develop and maintain relationships with COIs and professionals, driving asset growth and revenue while delivering tailored financial solutions.

Collaborate with Branch Managers and Wealth Management to ensure Total Solutions delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements. Mobility to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Healthcare and professional segment knowledge is essential.
• Experience in sales, marketing and business development is required.
• Familiarity with bank products, services and risk controls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with COIs and local professionals.
• Drive asset, deposit and revenue growth through business development.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Wealth Management on solutions.
• Respond to service requests and guide customers through banking products.
• Ensure compliance with risk, AML/ATF, privacy and security policies.
