Qualifications

• Three (3) years experience as a 5th class power engineer in a healthcare facility.
• Two (2) years supervisory experience in a maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing the Physical Plant Services department.
• Maintain efficiency in service delivery to the facility.
• Organize and coordinate workflow for resource utilization.
• Participate in human resource functions within the department.

Skills

Knowledge of equipment and systems associated with a 5th class plant

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledge of building safety regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Grade Twelve (12) Education or equivalent
