Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Canada seeks a Project Manager to independently lead multiple healthcare imaging projects across Western Canada. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate resources, and maintain critical documentation while communicating progress to sponsors and stakeholders.

The role requires 5–10 years in healthcare project management, experience with MS Project, strong English, and willingness to travel 50–75% across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, healthcare.
• 5-10 years of project management experience in external client-facing healthcare medical imaging.
• Experience as Field Service Representative in diagnostic imaging preferred.
• Proficient with MS Project and MS Office applications.
• Familiar with construction drawings and blueprints.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel 50-75% and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects of moderate to high complexity in Western Canada.
• Develop and deploy implementation plans, establish metrics and targets.
• Monitor scope, schedule and budget; communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources, site reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely handovers to service group.
