Job summary

Radius Community Health & Healing in Edmonton, AB, is seeking an Evaluation and Quality Improvement Coordinator to lead program evaluation, data collection and reporting. You will develop evaluation frameworks, track outcomes, and translate findings into actionable improvements across services.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage external partners, and support capacity building through training and tools to advance quality and accountability within the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in public health or related field.
• Training or certification in health quality, program evaluation and/or data science.
• Experience with healthcare or nonprofit program evaluation.
• Strong data analysis skills (qualitative and quantitative).
• Proficient with data tools (Excel, SPSS, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation strategies across programs and services.
• Develop data collection, analysis, and reporting systems.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Produce high-quality reports for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with teams to implement improvements.
• Support training to build evaluation literacy.
• Engage external stakeholders to support learning.
