Aramark Canada is seeking an experienced Operations Manager, Food Services to oversee dining operations across healthcare and senior living environments. You will lead a team, manage financial performance and ensure a high‑quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive management in food service, healthcare, or senior living.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and contract‑managed services.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead all unit activities for food and facilities service with financial accountability.
• Build relationships across departments to unify dining for patients and staff.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain client relations and identify service expansion opportunities.
• Direct, train and develop staff in food service operations.
• Forecast operational components and manage accounting functions.
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations.
