Health Solutions Analyst/Consultant

This is a hybrid role requiring the successful applicant to work in the St. Louis or Kansas City, MO office 2-3 days per week.

In this role, you will support lead consultants on client assignments or act as the lead client consultant, managing project execution and serving as the primary contact for clients and internal teams.

The Benefits Consultant will collaborate with the Account Executive and Lead Consultant to execute strategies and special projects, including report drafting, client presentations, client meetings, and identifying additional service needs. Responsibilities include benefit audits, benchmarking, M&A participation, compliance, financial projections, and monthly reports.

• Mentor junior team members, providing feedback and coaching

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a Life, Accident & Health License
• 3+ years in Health and Benefits or a related consulting field
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of benefits services and client value
• Excellent presentation skills

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location. This role is eligible for annual bonuses and benefits, including 401(k), insurance, paid time off, and more.
