WHAT’S THE JOB?
Join our Horizon North team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.

As a Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Coordinator, reporting to the Director, Access Solutions and Relocatable Structures, you will monitor Horizon North's award-winning safety program to ensure completion of necessary documentation and implementation of required controls. You will also be responsible for ensuring that information regarding health and safety is prepared, issued, and distributed in an efficient and timely manner.

Your Work Will Include

• Delivering an integrated Occupational Health and Safety program for the Horizon North Access Solutions and Relocatable Structures Division.
• Maintaining high standards of internal customer care and contributing to customer service excellence.
• Ensuring safety meetings, hazard assessments, and equipment inspections are conducted properly.
• Reviewing and assisting in the administration of Corporate Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborating with supervisors to ensure workers follow HSEQ expectations.
• Reporting safety statistics monthly to the Group Services HSE Manager.
• Facilitating information sharing among subcontractors and impacted parties.
• Communicating, coordinating, and documenting the emergency response plan.
• Conducting onsite incident investigations and participating in review meetings.
• Performing onsite visits in Montney and Duvernay basins to monitor work and compliance.
