Position : HSE Manager.

Location : Woodstock, ON.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).

Industry : Construction / EH&S / Health and Safety / Industrial.

Employment Term : Fulltime / Permanent.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives.
• Oversee all Health, Safety and Environmental systems.
• Manage and conduct audits to maintain compliance with Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), ISO 14001, COR certification, and other industry standards.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to the HSE team.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience :

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

7+ years related HSE Manager experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification a definite asset

Knowledge of Ontario’s OHSA, WSIB processes, COR certification, and ISO 14001 standards.

Proven leadership and team management skills, able to develop high performing teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
