We are currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and safety-focused individual for the Health and Safety Coordinator role to support our British Columbia locations. The primary objective of this role is to implement, monitor, and support all aspects of E360S operations concerning the company’s health and safety policies and programs, ensuring safe working procedures on company sites, facilities, and regulatory compliance.

  1. Act as the lead on all health and safety audits.
  2. Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with policies, legislation, regulations, and due diligence requirements.
  3. Coordinate all health and safety training to maintain system-wide compliance, including maintaining appropriate training records.
  4. Track and coordinate all safety training and orientations for staff, ensuring documentation is completed and signed.
  5. Work with the local operations team to conduct health and safety orientations for new employees.
  6. Support the development of new policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular site visits to collaborate with operations teams.

Qualifications include:

  1. College diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Human Resources, or related discipline.
  2. Experience in implementing health, safety, and wellness initiatives.
  3. Thorough knowledge of British Columbia health & safety laws and regulations.
  4. Ability to research legislative or policy changes and communicate ideas professionally, adapting messaging for diverse employee groups.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  6. Keen attention to detail, especially where quality assurance is important.
  7. Valid Driver’s License.
