Job summary

Tenaris in Camrose, Alberta, is seeking a Health & Safety Analyst/Sr Analyst to support the HESA function and ensure our management system complies with company requirements and local law.

You will participate in hazard assessments, implement procedures, analyze trends, and contribute to training and audits, leveraging CRSP/CSP/CIH credentials and steel-mill experience. Qualifications

  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • CRSP, CSP or CIH certifications are a strong asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or implementing related tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian manufacturing safety standards and local safety legislation.
  • Experience working in a steel mill or metal manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Office, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Supports and assists clients and other interested parties, analyzing their requirements and implementing changes, if needed.
  • Follows up the proper use of company IT tools to ensure its application.
  • Analyzes, interprets and recommends actions for more complex topics.
  • Interacts with internal and/or external contacts with a higher level of autonomy.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  • Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to their area.

Health & Safety Analyst/ Sr Analyst

LOCATION: Camrose- Alberta -Canada

DEPARTMENT: HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT

Role

The Health & Safety Analyst/ Sr Analyst supports the Health and Safety function of the region ensuring that HESA management system is implemented as defined by Company requirements, procedures and applicable legal regulation in all sites.

Responsibilities:

Schedule & Working Conditions:
  • 8-hr Days, with flexibility based on business needs.
  • Work is performed in a steel manufacturing mill.
Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $69,000.00 – $114,000.00 annually.

Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
