Your Opportunity

Dillon’s Health & Safety (H&S) group is seeking a Health & Safety Analyst to join our team. You will influence our health and safety performance and culture across the organization.

This position is available at any Dillon office with hybrid and flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities
What your day will look like

Reporting to the Director, Health & Safety, you will be a key member of a small team of professionals. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Dillon’s Vector third-party H&S software platform, including building checklists, managing access, LMS content, dashboards, and system integration.
  • Maintaining and analyzing health and safety records, including training, hazards, incidents, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Tracking progress towards H&S objectives and preparing performance reports, scorecards, and charts.
  • Manipulating data sets, creating pivot tables, and generating dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
Health & Safety Administration
  • Managing pre-qualification databases and vendor management systems.
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of H&S training content.
  • Providing administrative support including data entry, report preparation, and document control.
  • Organizing meetings and maintaining communication pages/portals.
  • Handling inquiries and maintaining policies related to controlled documents.
  • Managing WCB clearance certificates and proposal information.
Learning & Development
  • Commit to ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience, preferably in H&S or consulting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Suite, Power BI, MS Office, and experience with H&S databases.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
