Job summary

Agropur is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor based at the Boisbriand site. The role reports to the Regional Health & Safety Manager and supports governance, risk management, and competency development within an automated distribution environment.

Requirements include a college or university degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, 3–5 years of H&S experience in industrial settings, and fluency in French and English.

• 3 to 5 years of Health & Safety experience in industrial settings.
• Strong written and spoken French and English proficiency.
• Willingness to work at Boisbriand site.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety Governance, Prevention and Compliance develops and promotes a prevention culture where health and safety are a core value. Leads risk assessments and implements preventive controls before operations begin.
• Operational Support and Risk Management supports teams in implementing the Health & Safety management system, facilitates investigations and corrective actions, and coordinates activities with contractors.
• Competency Development, Leadership and Transformation coordinates development of Health & Safety competencies and coaches managers and employees to adopt best practices.
