Qualifications

• A diploma in Business Management, Human Resources, Health and Safety or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience, including a minimum two years of leadership experience.
• Valid British Columbia Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates IH initiatives and monitors compliance with safety programs.
• Develops follow-up processes and drafts reports; prepares spreadsheets, graphs, and statistics.
• Coordinates site-wide health and safety and quality control initiatives; participates in safety committees.
• Supports development and implementation of unit goals, standards and policies across Interior Health.
• Analyzes trends and data to support accessible, efficient service delivery.
• Prepares formal reports, cost estimates, and status updates for site-wide initiatives.
