About the OpportunityTŝideldel First Nation is looking for a full-time Health Manager based in Chilanko Forks, BC.
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the effective operations of the Tŝideldel Health Center and its Healthcare Personnel, ensuring the delivery of culturally relevant healthcare services to the community.
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for leading and managing health and wellness programs that honor Tŝilhqot’in values, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for staff and community members alike.

About YouTo qualify, you will need an accredited degree or diploma in human services management or a related field, ideally with 3+ years of management experience in a health setting working with First Nations communities/organizations, encompassing the development, implementation, and evaluation of health programs. A BC Class 5 Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation are required.
