You will be the initial and ongoing point of contact for our community members and will have the opportunity to facilitate the first steps in each of their journeys to more healthy, inspired lives. • Support the organization, execution, and success of promotional events & programs within the clinic.
• Seek opportunities to improve and expand the patient experience and assist management to maximize clinic performance and growth.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of guest services experience, preferably in health or retail
• Professionalism with excellent communication and client-focused skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Nice to Have

• Post-secondary education or personal interest in health & wellness
• Experience in experiential marketing or sales
• Event planning experience
