Key Responsibilities

  • Apply structured change management methodologies to help ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and practices across healthcare operations
  • Develop and execute tailored change strategies based on impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and organizational readiness
  • Facilitate collaboration across clinical, administrative, and technical teams; maintain clear and consistent communication across all levels
  • Support leaders in their role as change champions by equipping them with the right tools, messaging, and coaching
  • Partner with Learning & Development to deliver training solutions that encourage adoption and align with healthcare-specific workflows
  • Track progress of change initiatives, measure effectiveness, and deliver updates to project sponsors and steering committees

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably within healthcare or large public sector environments
  • Proven success supporting system implementations, operational redesigns, or regulatory-driven transformations in a healthcare context
  • Strong grasp of change management frameworks, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and training planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Background in Healthcare Administration, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; Prosci or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience with healthcare technologies, EMRs, or patient-facing digital tools is a plus
